For parents

You make your own parent account and invite your child by email address. Nothing happens until the student whose verified address matches that invitation allows it — they can also decline, and we never tell you whether an address has an account.

Either of you can end the link whenever you like. It is checked on every request, so ending it takes effect at once rather than at the next sign-in.

• When each session happened and how long it ran.
• The written summary of the session and the tutor's suggested next step.
• Homework scores.
• Sessions booked ahead, and how many free sessions are left.

• The transcript of what was said.
• The boards and anything drawn on them.
• Photos your child uploaded.
• Per-problem homework feedback.
• The learning profile — how they like to be taught and what the tutor noticed.

That is a deliberate choice, not a missing feature. A tutoring session works when a student can be wrong out loud, and they will not be if they are being read.

From your own account you can book, move, or cancel a session for a linked child, shown in their time zone. You cannot join it. The session is theirs.

Nothing. Every student gets three free 10-minute sessions for the life of their account. There is no paid plan, no card, and no upgrade to decline.

Session audio is never recorded; only the written transcript is kept, and only your child can read it. Learning profiles are encrypted by the application before they are stored. Speech is processed by OpenAI during the session and summaries by Anthropic afterwards — the privacy page names each one and what it receives.

We describe the controls this product actually implements. We do not claim COPPA or FERPA certification, and you should be wary of a tool that does without showing you the paperwork.
