Your voice is yours. Cognivo requires you to talk out loud, but audio is never recorded. Your sessions generate a written transcript for your eyes only. We never sell your work, and outside providers cannot use it for training.

What happens in a session?
During a ten-minute session, you talk with Cognivo about the math you're working on. Cognivo explains each step and writes on a shared board. You can also draw on the board, add a photo of your worksheet, and ask questions at any time.
Is it really free?
Every student receives three free ten-minute sessions. Cognivo does not offer a paid plan or ask for payment information.
Do I have to talk out loud?
Yes. Voice conversation is the main way you work with Cognivo. You can also draw on the shared board or add a photo of your work for Cognivo to read.
What math does it cover?
Cognivo covers Math 6 through calculus, including Algebra, Geometry, Precalculus, Statistics, AP, IB, SAT, and ACT math. Add your course during setup so the tutor knows where to begin.
What does a parent see?
A linked parent can see session times, written summaries, homework scores, and upcoming bookings. Transcripts, boards, photos, and the learning profile remain private to the student.
Is my voice recorded?
Cognivo does not record session audio. It saves a written transcript for you to review, and only you can open it. Cognivo does not sell your work or allow outside AI providers to use it for model training.
